ABSTRACT
Education has been acquired over the years by the traditional system of learning, however, with the advent of Information and Communication Technology, e-learning is now being widely adopted as the mode of teaching and learning in most developed countries. This project discusses traditional and e-learning systems and also highlights the challenges of the current traditional system and benefits of the e-learning system. In chapter 3 and 4, a proposed system was designed and implemented for the computer science department of the University of Benin. In chapter 5, this project was concluded, summarized and recommendations were made for the way forward.
