ABSTRACT
Information Technology (IT) contributes major roles in all real time system. This project design helps with keeping digital records of visitors in place of the conventional paper and pen signing in and out of an institution/organization. Various management systems are implemented for achieving the organization standards. The main aim of this study is to design a web-based system that can secure and manage the visitor’s information. This system is well-structured, and easy to use. The languages used to develop this system are PHP (Personal Home Page) and MySQL database for the backend while HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) and JavaScript, are used for the front end.
