ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to design and develop a web-based system for employees to review their working conditions. The goal of the system is to help job seekers find the best possible fit for them and to help companies improve their workplace culture and employee satisfaction. The system will prioritize anonymity in order to encourage honest feedback and will allow for the multidimensionality of reviews, which will enable employees to provide more nuanced and detailed evaluations of their workplace. The study will investigate the various factors that contribute to the effectiveness and credibility of employer review systems, including the role of anonymity and multidimensionality in ensuring fairness and reliability. It will also consider the potential impact of such a system on employer branding and recruitment efforts. The research will involve both qualitative and quantitative methods in order to provide insights and recommendations for the successful implementation of the system.
