ABSTRACT
Mobile application technology has radically transformed every aspect of the human economy. It has greatly improved and provided solutions to the computational needs of individuals, industries and business organizations. A major aspect of the deployment of mobile application technology is it improvement on health care delivery. There are several areas of health care delivery that utilizes mobile application technology; an important area of interest is in emergency medical services. Emergency medical services is a system that provides urgent pre-hospital treatment and stabilization for serious illness and injuries and transport to definitive care most likely an emergency department of a hospital. This project work attempts to design and implement a mobile application for emergency medical service within tertiary institution of learning and serve as a means to provide timely and coordinated response to medical emergencies thereby promoting a healthy and safe learning environment.
