ABSTRACT
The effective management of course materials is a critical component of modern education and training systems. As educational institutions and programs strive to meet the diverse needs of learners while embracing technological advancements, the significance of course material management systems becomes increasingly evident. This work explores the multifaceted landscape of course material management, aiming to address existing challenges and enhance the overall teaching and learning experience. The learn center application developed in course of this work explore the use of Hyper Text Preprocessor (PHP) for the backend powered by MSQL database for the storage of data and resources, Bootstrap library was used for the frontend design together with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). Asynchronous Javascript (AJAX) was use to establish frontend to backend API connection. The result from the system test resulted in an increase in course Material distribution and commercial benefits to the lecturers.
