ABSTRACT
Human resource management plays a very vital role in an organization’s staffing and employment process. It involves a lot of paper work since it requires collecting and storing data of all staff in the organization. In Benson Idahosa University the human resource management is still being done manually which is inefficient for a large institution, for this reason this project focuses on designing a human resource database management system using Benson Idahosa University as a case study. Staff registration, task registration, task allocation, and staff leaves application, leave approver and rejection by admin, add leave type, and add leave allowance are all part of the research work Human Resource Management System. As a consequence, this work was completed in order to tackle the difficulties that are commonly experienced in most businesses.
