ABSTRACT
Electronic dissemination of information has shown to be the gold standard. With social media platforms on the rise and everyone having the ability to share information, time has come for newspaper giants to embrace the electronic age and widen the way they share news. The need of reliable and accurate information cannot be over-emphasized and the newspaper is one of the methods through which information can be gotten. Unfortunately paper-ink newspapers have a limited share space and is not effective as news can change in a matter of minutes and make an article obsolete. This project aims to create a system which will enable newspaper articles reach its readers at the fastest, easiest and most efficient way. The study proposes the development of a new system via a web platform where users can log on to our server and make a selection of whatever articles they like. In this project, The University of Benin is taken as a case study to enable people have news delivered to them and also to reduce the rate at which people carry around the traditional paper-ink newspaper. To create the system JavaScript, React,Express JS was used.
