ABSTRACT
The fashion industry is rapidly evolving, and with it, the need for efficient customer service systems tailored to meet the demands of both tailors and their clients. This project focuses on the design and implementation of a customer service system for tailors, aimed at streamlining client interactions, order management, and service delivery. The system provides a virtual platform where customers can submit measurements, place orders, track progress, and communicate with tailors without the need for frequent physical visits. This eliminates the hassle of going to a tailor’s shop, making the process more convenient and stress-free for clients. By integrating an intuitive user interface, database management, and automated notifications, the system enhances customer satisfaction and improves workflow efficiency for tailors. The project employs a web-based approach, utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript for the front-end. The methodology includes requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment. Through testing, the system has demonstrated improved order processing speed, accuracy in client measurements, and better communication between tailors and customers. This customer service system is a significant step toward modernizing tailoring services, reducing communication gaps, and enhancing overall customer experience. Future enhancements may include AI-based recommendation systems for fabric selection and augmented reality for virtual fittings.
