ABSTRACT
This project was centered on developing a computerized transcript management system. The current manual transcript management system is not really convenient for students and administrative staff. The inefficiencies such as inaccuracy, intense work load on staffs and students, slow data retrieval is what this research aim to propose solutions to. The new system developed will enhances the accuracy and standards of the current manual method of processing transcript. It provides user-friendly web pages and easy to navigate menus so as to enable users quickly familiarize themselves with the system. This application was developed using PHP and MySQL. This language was chosen because of its easy syntax and features web-based applications.
