ABSTRACT
This blood donation website aims to increase awareness about blood donation to provide a platform for individuals to connect with local donation centers and blood banks. It offers educative and interactive features of information about the application to the donor to manage their own donation campaign and track their impact and also to the recipient respectively .The goal is to reduce the risks associated with late blood
donation, finding a donor late and eradicating the traditional method of blood donation thereby bringing donors and recipients together in the comfort of your home and the use of a device, encourage more people to become regular blood donors and ultimately save more lives. I will make use of web development tools which are HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT and PHP, This system will be hosted on a localhost sever using xampp to run apache, the system will be accessible to
any device connected to the localhost sever or on the same network. In conclusion the whole idea of this system is to improve the process of blood donation whereby users can request for blood from the comfort of their home, using a device that can access the internet.
