ABSTRACT
The aim of this project work was to develop a vertical palm fruit digester for small-scale farmers, addressing the pressing need for affordable and accessible solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by small-scale farming enterprises The materials used in the construction were locally sourced, further emphasizing its accessibility and affordability. Performance testing revealed an impressive digestion efficiency of 95.5%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the machine in extracting palm oil from fruit bunches.
