ABSTRACT
The study's goal is to develop and build a palm fruit digester that will maximize the output of high-quality palm oil while lessening the difficulties associated with the conventional digestion process. While secondary data came from textbooks, journals, newspapers, and the internet, primary data came via a questionnaire utilized as a data gathering tool. Mescals are extracted from palm fruit using a digester machine. Digestion processes differ based on basic technical advancements that impact the system of operation. This study will be very helpful to researchers who want to learn more about it, and non-researchers may utilize it to expand on their own research. This work advances our understanding and may act as a model for future research.
