ABSTRACT
Industrial automation systems are used in modern manufacturing processes. These procedures must be automated as doing so produces output that is both very efficient and of excellent quality. Water is an invaluable resource vital for the sustenance of all living organisms, and its scarcity is increasingly becoming a pressing issue. This problem is widespread, affecting numerous cities across the country and globally. Addressing this concern serves as a primary motivation for the current endeavor, aiming to employ techniques that conserve water and contribute to environmental preservation, thus ensuring its availability for future generations. Therefore, the imperative to conserve and preserve water cannot be overstated. In many households, water wastage occurs unnecessarily, often due to overflow from overhead tanks and similar sources. A real time water pump Controller offers a viable solution to mitigate such wastage. Notably, the approach taken in this project does not involve the use of microcontrollers or similar advanced technologies. Instead, the water level controller operates based on the principle of water's conductivity. As the water level fluctuates, sensors and circuits integrated into the controller detect these changes. Subsequently, these signals are utilized to activate or deactivate the pump motor as per the specific requirements. This system serves to automate the process of pumping water to overhead tank storage while offering the flexibility to select the desired water level for pumping. Through the implementation of logical conditions using electronic circuitry, the system effectively manages the water pumping process. Unlike traditional circuits where users must wait for the tank to fill completely, this system enables the precise pumping of the required amount or volume of water to the overhead tank by simply selecting the desired level.
