ABSTRACT
The management of water has been a major concern in Nigeria and other nations. The primary goal of this project's work is the treatment of residential water. This work demonstrates how wastewater found in domestic or municipal settings can be managed by implementing a cost-effective method of treating such water for reuse, which results in continuous water availability in such settings, prevents grey water from polluting the environment, and manages water adequately. However, the water may be treated for uses like irrigation, washing, bathing, etc. The treatment method utilized was unable to completely treat the water to meet WHO drinking water requirements. Through the outcomes, the work further demonstrated the filter media's efficiency in treating grey water.
