ABSTRACT
Solar cookers are one of the earliest attempts by man to harness solar energy from the sun for practical purposes. Although there is a lot of variation between designs of solar cookers in general, but they all fall under these 3 categories: Box, Parabolic and Panel Solar cooker. The most elementary kind of reflector cooker is one that consists of (more or less) parabolic reflectors and a holder for the cooking pot situated at the cooker's focal spot. The design and fabricate a stand-alone parabolic square solar cooking system that can be used in rural communities to reduce hunger, dependence on wood fuel, expensive fossil fuels and other energy sources.
