ABSTRACT

Organizations need to understand their customer's requirements to outlive in this competitive world. Chiranjeevi, H.S et al (2019). Today, the customer interaction bots or software, which can handle multiple customers anywhere-anytime are attracting many business communities to have better customer relationship management (CRM). The aim of this project is to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) software to help small businesses to gather customer feedback data, track the customer complaints and also market new products and services to the customers, so that timely decisions can be made to retain or boost customer patronage and ultimately keep the businesses thriving. The aim was achieved using a combination of modern web application. The application software was developed using modern web development technologies such as Apache Web Server, Php, MySQL and JavaScript for the Front-end. The resulting CRM software featured email notifications, customer registration, promotion management, an interface to collect customer complaint feedback and page permission control so that only authorized users can access specific parts of the application.
