ABSTRACT
This project is aimed at conserving energy. It also aimed at constructing an automatic light controller that works independent of human assistance in turning ON/OFF electric lamp. L; rb bbb9lIn order to achieve this ambition, a lot of machinery was set to work. Information, investigation and data were got from the previous work of our predecessors. Conscious effort was made to understand the already built automated switching unit. In order to adopt a system of using available materials to realized same functions. This project therefore discussed the design and construction of automatic dark activated light controller and it’s application with the use of discrete components line integrated circuit (ic), transistor, relay, Nand gate, resistors, diodes, , capacitor and voltage regulator.
