ABSTRACT

Drug storage is among the pharmacist’s most important responsibilities. Therefore, adequate methods to  assure that these responsibilities are met  must be developed php pand implemented. The pharmaceutical are to be stored under conditions that prevent contamination and, as far as possible, deterioration. The stability of product retain within the specified limit, throughout it period of storage and use. The materials employed for this work includes; Angle bar, Joining screw machine, Screws (2-inch screw, ½ inch screw, 3-quarter screw, One inch screw), AGF plyboard, Gum, H-tape, Sand paper (smooth), Hammer and Circular screw blade. This was achieved by cutting and joining various parts. This prompt the design and construction of cabinet for storage of light sensitive drug in the compounding laboratory. This was achieved by using specified measurement. the storage of these sensitive drugs will hold such product to retain its potency and will become stable for use by an individual.
