ABSTRACT
This study investigated estimation of variance components using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), Maximum likelihood, restricted maximum likelihood and the Bayesian method. The research work has five chapters, Chapters one is an introduction with the aim and objective of the study. The relevance of study also came under chapter one. Chapter two is a review of literature work. Chapter three is concern with the methodology of the research, method of data collection which involved the use of secondary data. Chapter four consist of the actual data representation, analysis and hypothesis testing. Chapter five is about the summary and conclusion.
