ABSTRACT
This research work was taken to explore employee participation in decision-making process in Edo State Internal Revenue Service, Edo State. A further objectives of this study was to ascertain the nature of employee participation in decision-making, to find out the level of employee participation in decision-making and lastly to find out the barriers to employee participation in decision-making process in Edo State Internal Revenue Service. The research questions were drawn covering the above objectives. The population consisted of employees who work in Edo State Internal Revenue Service, Edo State. The sample for this study was 110. In order to gather data to address the research questions, questionnaires were administered. Out of 110 questionnaires distributed, 105 were returned. The outcome of this study was analyzed by the use of frequency tables, percentages, using The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software.
