ABSTRACT
The exact year of the formation of the insurgent group it has been disputed by many, but the official year of its information is in 2002. There has been neglect evolution as regards the name of this group, but the increased radicalisation of this group over the years has made this group to be naked as one of the world's deadly Terro group by the global terrorism index in 2015. The ideology of seeking to establish an Islamist state has the sect to be involved in bomb attacks and other conventional armed assaults on both civilian and military targets and also kidnapping.
This is why this work focuses on analysing existing laws, as regards the criminalization of all the acts of this sect, which Is the primary case of study.
Furthermore this work looks at challenges faced by the government, in cubbing this insurgent group, making reference to relevant laws that involved the use of primary and secondary Source of material to examine the criminal act of this sect, and legal framework against them.
