ABSTRACT
The main objective of the entire practical research was basically to give the 400 level graphic design studios in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts, University of Benin, a significant face-lift. It was observed that due to seemingly obsolete and non-functional facilities, the overall student output has steadily been on the decline. Having also experienced this negative trend, the out-going 400 level graphic design students, in the section, hence took up the onerous challenge of leaving the studio better that they met it. This was made possible by a collective effort in making the studio a standardized, 21st century compliant edifice.
