ABSTRACT
In the graphic design world, a lot of attention is focused on the digital aspect of art while little or no attention is given to the traditional/ manual part. It is forgotten that a good and skillful artist is one who is able to convey his message both digitally and manually, but the skills start first from manual. This is why we have taken the initiate to create a Studio workshop for the Department of Fine and Applied Arts.
The objective of this project is to create a user-friendly environment where student can learn the manual and important parts for graphic design. This objective was achieved making the studio workshop aesthetically pleasing to the eyes without losing its functionality.
I am sure the students will be able to testify of the relevance of the studio workshop once it is open for use, this is to say that the project is a successful one.
