ABSTRACT
This study examines the coverage of Anti-corruption Crusade of Muhammadu'sBuhari's-led administration. The study established the benefits of fighting against corruptionasit leads to national development and the roles of the media in reducing corruption. This study was anchored on the agenda setting theory. This theory was used to explaintheduties and responsibilities of the media towards directing the public's attention towardscertain matters of importance. The researcher employed content analysis as the research design, coding sheet astheresearch instrument and the systematic random sampling as the sampling technique. The research population for this study are The Nation and The Guardian Newspapers. The work discovered that the he print media still practice coverage of corruptioncases, But the reportage is unimpressive when compared with the challenge of high rateof corruption. In ascertaining the level of prominence accorded to corruption reporting, it wasalso discovered that the page positioning of most corruption stories is on the insidepages. However, the degree of prominence of most corruption stories is relatively inadequate. However, The Nigeria mass media have especially been responsible in keepingthepublic informed about issues affecting the society.
