Effective cost reduction technique has a signficant and positive relationship on increased productivity.
Effective cost reduction techniques has a significant and positive relationship in the reduction of unit and total cost of production.
There is some form of cost reduction scheme currently being applied in the firms under view.
Effective cost reduction has a significant and positive impact on the profitability of these firms(the firms under view) and that Budgetary control is the most common one amongst the firms.
