Based on the empirical analysis of the study, the findings can be summarized as follows: Board size was found to exert a positive but insignificant relationship with corporate performance. Therefore, indicating that the size of board could have a positive impact on corporate performance due to the fact that there is every tendency that if the board is large, issues pertaining to banks could be discussed more keenly due to the presence of various board members with different discipline on the board.
