In the community of Ekosodin, there is a higher prevalence of child abuse and neglect due in part to poverty and low socioeconomic level. Furthermore, the views of parents influence the adolescents in the Ekosodin community to behave in an antisocial manner. Additionally, the public is aware of the problem of child abuse and neglect in the Ekosodin neighborhood.
Last but not least, the government should advise family heads on how to set an example for their children. It should also launch an awareness campaign to stop child abuse and neglect in families. Finally, it should set up a helpline and encourage information sharing among families and the Ekosodin community.
