ABSTRACT
The study concludes that the casualization of workers and staff productivity can never be over emphasized and if well channeled will have a ripple effect not only to the management but to the organization at large. In situation where employers find the casual workers of their organization intimidating, there is need to create a balance as management strive for profit maximization and advancement, management should allow their workers to get extra advantage as it will increase the output on the company and also accelerate the economic status of the organization in the community to which they are located.
