ABSTRACT
The project assessment business education students rating of SIWES to their programme objectives. The project aimed at examining the relationship between SIWES and business education programme objectives, determining the challenges confronting the effectiveness of SIWES in Nigeria and assessing the effectiveness of SIWES in meeting the work experience needs of business education products. A total of 100 respondents were selected from the population figure out of which the sample size was determined. Data was collected by means of structured questionnaires administered randomly to 400 level business education students from the university of Benin. The analyses of collected data revealed a significant between SIWES and business education programme objectives.
