ABSTRACT
In this article, we describe and implement a solution for monitoring and regulating water levels using IoT and an Android application. Water waste due to overflowing tanks is not an option in the world today due to the high rate of water scarcity. It is a known fact that 70% of the Earth surface is water but only a mere 3% is freshwater (<water_distribution_on_earth.pdf>, 2006). Regular water tanks are incapable of monitoring or controlling the level of water in the tank, resulting in significant waste. Other technologies have disadvantages in one manner or another. 6 The major goal of this research has been to eliminate these flaws while also delivering an efficient and cost-effective alternative.
