Online Learning Management System (LMS) is a vital software application that plays a critical role in the field of online education. Bates (2019) defines a Learning Management System (LMS) as a centralised platform that facilitates the delivery, tracking, reporting, and management of online courses. This encompasses its diverse function in offering a unified platform for both instructors and learners. The primary objective is to optimise the educational process by providing tools for delivering content, facilitating communication, conducting assessments, and tracking student progress By utilizing the The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) offers valuable insights into the dynamics surrounding the awareness, utilization, and availability of online learning management systems (LMS) in teaching.Awareness plays a crucial role in the acceptance and adoption of new technologies. A descriptive survey design and utilizes structured questionnaires for data collection with a population of 100business education student of University of Benin.
