The data collected from the field were analyzed using, Percentages, Mean and Standard Deviation statistics, while t-test was used for the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The study revealed that ICT facilities are inadequate and that lecturers utilise internet, AutoCAD and PowerPoint for teaching building technology. It was also discovered that students use SMART Board for learning building technology but they do not use iLearn tool.
