ABSTRACT
The Automated .env File Vulnerability Detection and Remediation System is an innovative project aimed at enhancing security practices in software development. It addresses the common problem of developers inadvertently exposing sensitive data through .env files in version control repositories. The system proposes an intelligent and automated solution to this issue. It incorporates personally crafted code to scan websites and IP addresses comprehensively, expanding its capability to identify vulnerabilities beyond version control repositories. This enhancement ensures a more holistic approach to security. Moreover, the project includes the setup of an email relay server to facilitate prompt communication of identified vulnerabilities. This additional layer of communication ensures stakeholders are immediately notified of potential security risks, promoting proactive security measures.
