However, A low proportion of respondents (26.6%) have registered with NHIS.Overall, a significant proportion (77.8%) had low level of utilization, while (22.2%) had high level of utilization.Twentytwopercentofrespondentsstronglyagreedthatthedurationoftimespentwhile at NHIS service facility influenced their utilization of the service. Respondents also agreed that knowledge of available services and cultivating the right attitude/values towards health can influence the uptake of NHIS services.
