ABSTRACT
Lifestyle is the sum total of one’s way of life. It is a relation of what an individual does and what he/she fails to do which affects health state and wellbeing. These include smoking, overeating, inactivity, alcohol intake, drug abuse and sexual practices. The study discovered that the degree of wellness is a function of a kind of lifestyle people live. As a matter of fact, one’s health status is determined to a large extent by the kind of life we live. We cannot therefore stay healthy without watching or being careful about what we take and the kind of physical and other health related habits we engage in daily.
