ABSTRACT
An Assessment of PM2.5 at Oluku dumpsite was carriedout in Ovia North Eastlocalgovernment in Benin city, Edo state Nigeria and it was aimed at determining the concentration of particulate matter, the meteorological parameters in the study area and the relationship between meteorological parameters and PM2.5in the dumpsite. A portable hand-held digital anemometer (BTMETER 100) and air quality monitor (L529K) was used for the measurement of PM2.5 and other parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, precipitation. Insitu sampling method was used to determine four (4) different locations that was used to obtain air sample data at different seasons (wet and dry) which was later statistically analyzed using descriptive iianalysis iiand ii iitwo- way anova.
