ABSTRACT

The study dealt on the assessment of Business Education students’ access to e-library facilities in University of Benin, Benin City. To achieve the purpose of the study, four research questions were raised and answered. The study adopted the descriptive survey research method for the study. The population of the study was made up of all the 428 Business Education students from 100-400 level in the Department of Vocational and Technical Education, University of Benin, Benin City. The sample size for the study was made up of one hundred 100 respondents. An analysis of data was done using mean score and standard deviation. The findings from the study include there is high level of Business Education students’ access to academic e-library facilities in University of Benin. It was concluded that there is high extent of the availability of e-library facilities in University of Benin, Benin City. The study recommended among others that the University of Benin school management should implement regular awareness campaigns and training workshops to educate students on the availability and effective use of e-library facilities.
