SUMMARY
The title of this project is a visual representation of contemporary social change, behavior patterns, cultural values, and conventions that permeate art and influence important artistic decisions regarding style and the portrayal of human endeavors in value form.
Due to the complexity of defining contemporary art in light of the wide variety of contemporary styles, the art becomes hazy in regards to important societal issues as a result of social change.
This project draws attention to the various techniques many artists have used to express problems in social change in contemporary Nigerian art using the classical style.
