A survey research design was employed, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to students and lecturers. Findings reveal that effective teacher-student collaboration, interactive teaching methods, and student motivation play a crucial role in academic success. However, the challenges such as inadequate learning resources influence learning outcomes and ineffective instructional approaches hinder progress. The study recommends the adoption of innovative teaching techniques, increased students’ participation and improved academic support systems to enhance learning outcomes. This research provides valuable insights for educators and policymakers which offers practical strategies to improve accounting education and overall students’ performance.
