ABSTRACT
This study focuses on the MTN Digital Library, University of Benin, Nigeria, and its utilisation of information communication technology, particularly computers, the internet, and various digital tools. The research delves into the ways these technologies have been integrated into the daily operations of the library to help users. Specifically, this study aims to gauge the impact of technology and its overall efficiency and effectiveness in the services offered by the library. Challenges that limit the effectiveness of ICT are also explored such as not having enough power or good internet. In the end, this research helps to understand how technology is helping the MTN Digital Library at the University of Benin and how it could be improved.
