ABSTRACT
The analysis of character traits deals with the quest for the validity of identity - The goals of morality goes beyond a concern for freedom and right attitude but extend down to expression of attitude and inner state that basify human behavior, and that is why the ethics of character is a continuous growing subject in moral theory which does not eliminate the judgement of virtue. They have been different conception of virtue in contemporary times both from ancient time and in this modern contemporary period. The analysis of virtue ethics which deals with the principle related to right and wrong conduct was developed by Aristotle and other Greek philosopher. There is a pre- existing metaphysical and social bond that naturally links one to the other and since the community is made up of individuals with a communal role of individual maintaining moral transparency and societal balance, therefore every individual is geared to act against every annihilative act towards the development of the community because the community interest are concurrent with that of the individual therefore it is important to place value on the growing characteristics traits been employed by the individual in any particular regions as this can only lead to a better growth and establishment both in the community and a nation.
