ABSTRACT
This project was centered on developing on online food ordering system. The current process of food order and delivery are not really convenient for some individuals especially the working class and students as well as buy executives. These issues and more such as peak hour-long queue issues, the increase of takeaway foods, and lack of sitting spaces are what this research aims to proffer solutions to the new system developed would enhance the speed and standards of taking orders from customers and delivering the purchased items as the application is developed with the aim of eradicating all wait line in the food court at the University of Benin. It provides user friendly mobile application easy to navigate menus so as to enable customers quickly browses the food menu. The research methodology used in this project is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The application was developed with Dart programming language and flutter. This language was chosen because of its easy syntax and features for developing mobile applications and more.
