ABSTRACT

2- Dimensional Electrical Resistivity Imaging Survey of seven (7) profiles each of length 250 meters was carried out to determine the thickness of clay within the secondary school area of Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo, Nigeria. The Dipole-Dipole array technique was adopted for the field data collection using Dnipro software.

The areas of clay formations and deposit have been identified for future exploration and drilling operations.
