SUMMARY
This experiment supports that continuous use of ibuprofen can cause peptic ulcer or mucosal erosion in the Gastrointestinal tract (Stomach and Duodenum) and that Citrus aurantifolia juice can effectively provide an ameliorative effect to the internal lining of the stomach and duodenum and protect them from erosion and ulceration which gave better result with higher dosage of Citrus aurantifolia juice.
