ABSTRACT

The study focuses on administrative supervision and school climate in junior secondary schools in Ikpoba Okha local government area of Edo State. The research work consist of five chapters.

The research was carried out within the “context” of four research questions.

The research design used is descriptive design, the population of the study consist of twenty (20) junior secondary school and five (5) schools were randomly selected from the research purpose in Ikpoba Okha local government area, the researcher used a structured questionnaire to aid her work, the instrument was validated by her project supervisor and Pearson correlated method was used in analysing the data.

The findings of the study shows that there is significant relationship between administrative supervision and school climate in junior secondary school in Ikpoba Okha local government area, based in the findings, the researcher recommend that school authorities should put in place a mechanism that will help to check violence and indiscipline in schools and administrative supervision should be encouraged.
