ABSTRACT
Traditionally, Bus Ticket (BT) purchase has been over the counter in bus terminals. However, with the advent of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Bus Ticketing is gradually moving from the manual way to an automation.
This project review related works and developed a web-based system for the Bus Ticketing for Edo City Transport Service in Edo State. The study uses HTML, CSS and PHP on XAMP 8.0.11.
The system developed addressed some of the attendant issues faced with bus ticketing and it is opened for further improvement using advanced technologies like terms of security.
