ABSTRACT
The difficulties that recruiters and human resource around the world face among the study's target populations served as the inspiration for this effort. These include, but are not limited to, the difficulty of choosing the qualified candidates from a huge pool of job applicants. A web-based system was created to pick the qualified candidates and to track the applicants in order to address this problem. The service-oriented analysis and design approach was used to develop the system, and roles, connector, usage, expose, participant, and service diagrams were used to model the designs for the service system. The developed system was built using these designs as a blueprint. The system is capable of integrating and controlling the recruitment process for human resource in large firms, according to results of thorough system testing. Recruiters can use the system's outputs as knowledge to make wise judgments and manage resources effectively.
