ABSTRACT

One-time payment of school tuition is accepted by most Nigerian institutions and may be paid at any time throughout the semester. In most situations, the school bank is situated kilometres away from the school, where payments are made in cash. With the present system of cash transactions, the bank and the school are cut off from one another, resulting in the issues we are attempting to resolve with this project. The goal is to examine the current fee payment methods and the issues they provide, propose a payment system that is automated for students and faculty. The study adopted object-oriented analysis and design approach. Object-oriented analysis and design approach was used to create the system, and use case, class, and state machine diagrams were used to represent designs for the system architecture. These designs were then used as the framework for the created system. The system can handle the whole process of dues payment, from student payment to displaying logs of payments to the lecturers responsible.
