ABSTRACT
This study aims to explore the application of statistical quality control techniques in the roofing industry using a single roofing company as a case study. This project focuses on understanding how statistical quality control methods can be implemented to improve the quality of roofing sheets and minimize defects. The study involves a detailed analysis of quality control data, including the number and types of defects, as well as key dimensional and weight measurements. The case study approach provides practical insights into the effectiveness of statistical quality control techniques within the roofing industry.
