ABSTRACT
Benin City, Nigeria, is one of many places where the combination of tech and architecture is transforming the built environment. In Benin City, a city known for its historical and cultural background, this research project explores technological development's significant effects on the architectural space. The architectural space of Benin City is experiencing a lot of changes due to the recent sporadic breakthroughs in technology, which affects many areas of conceptualization, construction, sustainability, and cultural and historical preservation. This advancement cuts across a wide range of architectural elements, including materials, construction techniques and especially computer design tools, and sustainable building innovations. This study looks at how technological advancements have altered the architectural world in Benin City in terms of both formal aesthetics and functional features.
